How fast is shipping?
Orders placed by 4 PM ET ship the same day. Standard shipping is free and takes 2–4 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air is $12.95, and free on orders over $100.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account, with no fees.
Can my cat take a dog product, or the other way around?
No. Dogs and cats have different needs, so we formulate each range separately. Please only give products made for your pet’s species.
Should I talk to my vet first?
Yes, especially if your pet is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or has a health condition. Our supplements don’t replace veterinary care.
What if my pet doesn’t like it?
